Appleman Bicycles Warranty Policy
Appleman Bicycles provides a limited warranty covering defect in materials or workmanship to the original owner for the following lengths of time:
Custom carbon fiber frames: 25 years
Carbon fiber repair: 10 years
Cranks: 5 years
This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse,
improper installation, labor costs or shipping costs associated with replacing the part.

An Return Authorization number is required to complete the warranty.
Appleman Bicycles Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted for custom carbon fiber frames or carbon fiber repair work.
Returns or Exchanges are accepted for Crank related items from the original owner that were purchased directly from Appleman Bicycles within 60 days.
Products designated as “rental” related crank items may be returned and refunded minus the costs noted on the rental product page.
Returns or Exchanges for Crank related items must be brand new, uninstalled, with no signs of attempted installation, and still in the original packaging and will receive store credit for the amount of the merchandise value.
Store credit can be used by manual order entry, please contact us to use store credit. Shipping costs are not covered by this policy.
Refunds are available at the sole discretion of Appleman Bicycles for orders that have not been processed or shipped. Refunds are subject to a 3-5% processing fee to cover the costs associated with the purchase.
We may ask you to provide pictures of the items before issuing a return.
A Return Authorization # is required for all returns and exchanges. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an RA# and instructions.
Appleman Bicycles Shipping Policy
Full Payment is required before shipping.
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible.
Custom frames and carbon fiber repairs typically ship the next business day after the work has been completed and paid for.
Cranks: we strive to ship all cranks ship in 1-2 weeks.
International shipping is charged a flat rate estimated cost up front. Actual shipping charges may vary and excessive charges may be billed separately. These shipping charges do not include any sort of import/duty taxes that may be incurred. All import/duty taxes are the customer/receiver’s responsibility.
